Returns are accepted within 30 days for most items if they are in new condition. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. For more information on returns and refunds, please review our returns policy.
In-Store Pickup and Shopping
Although we are closing our physical location, we can still offer in-store shopping and pickup through 4/4/2026. After Easter, we will be online and at local events around Western New York.
