Shipping policy
Estimated shipping time does not include order processing time. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days to complete order processing. Flourish Gift Shop is a one-woman small shop, and your patience is appreciated.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping delays due to postal service issues are out of our control.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located at 3701 McKinley Pkwy Blasdell, NY 14219 only through 4/4/2026. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
In store pickup is only available through 4/4/2026 as we are closing our physical location. Any orders not picked up by 4/4/2026 will be contacted to make alternate pickup plans or make shipping plans. Any orders not picked up or shipped by 4/30/2026 will be returned to inventory and may not be eligible for refund.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and is based on the weight and dimensions of your package, plus a small processing fee.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flourish Gift Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. When shipping to Canada, I use USPS, as FedEx and UPS charge additional fees. However, with any package, duties and taxes are often applied. Please contact your postal office to inquire about these fees before placing your order.
Flourish Gift Shop does not attempt to go around this policy by marking packages as gifts, as this is illegal and can result in fines against our business.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please first reach out to USPS. Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control. Flourish Gift Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. Occasionally, packages will be marked as "delivered" but not show up until the next day - this is usually due to the carrier mis-scanning your package. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or household members and contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
