Refund policy
If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please feel free to ask! This helps ensure you are getting the product you want, and reduces returns and refunds which may be costly to a small business. Our first priority is always your satisfaction, and we are happy to answer any questions you have.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is either your delivery date (per USPS tracking) if the item was shipped, the pick-up date for buy-online-pick-up-in-store purchases, or the sale date if the purchase was made in-person.
Return shipping is at customer's expense, and will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3701 McKinley Pkwy Box #708 Blasdell, NY 14219 - This is a United States Postal Service box. All mail must be sent via USPS. Because this is a USPS box, packages sent via FedEx, UPS, or other carriers will not be delivered to us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be sure to package your item as safely as possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If an item is returned to us with damage not previously disclosed, with an odor, or with signs of use, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for free return since this could have been due to our error.
Final Sale / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), earrings, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If an item was stated as final sale during an in-person transaction, such as during our physical store closure period, then it is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Currently, all sales at our physical location are considered Final Sale after 3/6/26.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since we often carry limited stock, we may be able to hold the new item to avoid it selling while we await the return. Please note in your exchange request if you would like us to hold the replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by us. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at amy@flourishgiftshop.com.
Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This includes original shipping and return shipping. We cannot refund shipping cost unless your initial return request was due to damage or defect, in which case we may refund on a case-by-case basis out of goodwill. This includes whether one item or every item from your purchase was returned.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment via email. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we do not get a reply, we may cancel your order.
